Alpine Home Cleaning will make every effort to accommodate and overcome any scheduling conflicts. Adding, rescheduling, skipping, or canceling any of your scheduled cleanings is not a problem. Rescheduled or skipped visits may result in an adjusted cost for that cleaning, since more (or less) time may be required to clean your home. Please provide ample notice for schedule alterations. there is no fee if canceling is needed as long as we are notified at least 48 hours in advance.
Payment is due at the time of service. If you do not intend to be at home at time of service, you may choose to either leave a check or cash on the kitchen counter or contact our office to make other arrangements, such as payment by credit card.
A $30.00 charge is assessed for all returned checks.
