Your initial cleaning is different from subsequent regularly scheduled cleanings. Due to homes varying in size, number of rooms and condition, your initial cleaning is scheduled based upon an estimate of the time we believe will be required to complete the cleaning. We will contact you for authorization for more time in the event your team considers it necessary.
Our most popular service is your choice of regularly scheduled cleanings performed weekly, biweekly or monthly. Of course, you may pause regular service at any time for vacations or circumstances.
Occasionally you may have a special project you want addressed; a room that hasn't been touched in a while or are planning a special event that needs extra attention. This top-of-the-line cleaning is performed on an hourly basis. We make sure everything you have requested is efficiently cleaned to your exact specifications. This is recommended for seasonal cleanings, move-ins/move-outs, parties, etc.
You may customize your cleanings whenever you want. If you have special requests and would like to add or delete tasks, please contact us in advance. Just call or e-mail us. Adjustments to your service may result in an adjusted cost for that cleaning.
